RFID in Aerospace Workshop:

The RFID in Aerospace Workshop will provide a unique opportunity to understand the fundamentals of RFID technology in relation to the aerospace sector. Participants will take away key learnings in the following subject areas: technology basics (including overviews of physics, hardware and software), business and use cases of RFID for aerospace and defense, and important standards and regulations that are key to effective deployments.

Additionally, participants will learn about aviation-specific applications of RFID and successful in-service evaluations that have been conducted. The workshop will conclude with an understanding of the recently published FAA Advisory Circular, and the AS5678 performance testing standard. This workshop will be taught by industry-recognized technical subject-matter experts. No prerequisites or prior experience are necessary in order to attend.
